Immunohistochemistry
This was used to test on human tissue whether we can properly identify localized TREM2 within an AD cohort. While other manufactureres of the same clone were suitable, the ABCAM antibod was not. It was low in staining quality and what it did stain was not glial as expected but neuronal.
