Great antibody.
Immunohistochemistry of mammalian hypothalamus
This orexin-A antibody works across a broad range of species with excellent specificity. We have employed this antibody in brains of Tasmanian devils, Afrotherians including the African elephant, cetaceans including harbour porpoise and minke whale, as well as a range of carnivores, insectivores, chiropterans, rodents and primates including lar gibbon and common chimpanzee. In all in species this antibody worked incredibly well and with low dilution (1:3000). We've also used this antibody in birds and reptiles where it worked equally well.
