Easy, clean, sensitive and reproducible results
Immunohistochemistry
I am quite satisfied using IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies with Odyssey CLx imaging system. I usually dilute this secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for the western blottings, and it always gives me the very clean, sensitive and reproducible results. Also, since I do not need ECL solutions anymore, the detection is much easier and quicker. I highly recommend it!
