We use it to do Chipseq in K562
I have used Abcam’s ChIP-grade antibodies against H3K4me1, H3K4me2, and H3K27ac, and I found them to be of outstanding quality. These antibodies demonstrated excellent specificity, with clear and distinct enrichment profiles at expected genomic regions, and minimal background signal in negative controls. The reproducibility across replicates was also impressive, ensuring consistent results even with varying experimental conditions. While the cost of Abcam antibodies is relatively high compared to other suppliers, the superior sensitivity, validation data, and lot-to-lot reliability justify the investment for experiments where accuracy and reproducibility are critical.

High quality antibody.
ChIP and Hi ChIP
I always get high quality and repeatable results with this antibody. I usually use 2.5 ul to 5 ul for 3 to 5 million of cells for each ChIP. It performs pretty well, and has very small variability among different lots.
