The service from Abcam is good. I ordered an anti-HDAC1 antibody ab7028 for immunostaining. However, my antibody was not specific, because it marks cell cytoplasm. HDAC1 is well known for the nuclei test as a control. Luckily, I received another anti-HDAC1 antibody, ab19845 which shows a strong signal in cell nuclei.
