Very good product.
Immunochistochemistry
We used Anti-F4/80 antibody [CI:A3-1] (ab6640) for staining macrophages in aortic root plaque. The samples were fixed in PFA and then frozen in OC. Despite that samples were definitely over fixed, the antibody worked very good, quite sensitive, the staining was reproducible with quite straight forward protocol.
