Performs well but requires lower dilutions.
Immunofluorescence
I tested this antibody and it gave me specific good results. The major disadvantage that I found was the dilution. it required a lower dilution (high concentration) to work, comparing with other antibodies that stain for a similar structure (example alpha tubulin).
