Immunohistochemistry
Our group utilizes adenoviral vectors for work in gene delivery for cancer immunotherapy. As such we generate numerous different vectors for our work. In doing so we require several QA/QC methods to ensure efficient generation of said vectors. The Anti-Adenovirus Hexon antibody allows for a rapid and simple test for viral titration on virtually all cell lines we use. Would strongly recommend to anyone doing work with adenoviral vectors.
