Reviews
Peforms well on whole cell protein lysates.
Western Blotting
This antibody has worked well for our epigenetic research. We have used it on whole-cell lysates but I would recommend performing a histone extraction on your samples to get higher quality results with this antibody. This antibody has been published several times so it seems as though it's the "gold-standard" for acetyl-histone H3 work.
