Beautiful staining.
Molecular biology, cell biology
Alpha tubulin works great for us in WB and immunofluorescence. For WB we need to use at 1:1000 which is not great because the antibodies go fast, but the resulting band is sharp and clear. We use it for cell lines 250,000 cels per lane, 1:30h RT or 4 degrees overnight, and tissue extracts (30ug/lane). For immunofluorescence, we see beautiful strong and specific staining at 1:200. Recommended!
