Performs very well with reproducibility and very bright
Flow cytometry
The specificity of this antibody is excellent and it is very bright. In fact, I only use 2 ul of this antibody per 1 million of PBMCs, as opposed to the 5 ul recommended volume, and even with lowering the amount of antibody, I still was able to get a very nice stain with reproducibility.
