Flow cytometry
I got good results using this antibody. The specificity was ok and the sensitivity really good for the mononuclear cells I used. Is a good antibody and the fluorochrome AF647 is much better that the APC. Also I used more BioLegend antibodies with good results and specificity. Definitely I will use them in my future again.
