Stable and reproductive results by FACS
Flow cytometry
This antibody was tested by FACS using several concentrations of antibody. It provide a reproductive and linear response of fluorescence. The sensitivity was quite good and stable for more than 3 hours incubated in PBS at 4°C. this antibody was compared to the same clone but PE labeled and these both antibodies provided the same results.
