Highly specific antibody with good sensitivity
Application Area:
Western, IP and IF
For western, I used 1:1000 dilution and prepared the antibody in 3% BSA. It worked efficiently. A single band at the expected size was obtained. For IF, I used 1:50 dilution in % BSA solution prepared in 1X PBS. For IP, I used 2ug for 500 ug of whole cell lysate of the MCF-7 cell line. It's a very good antibody and provides reproducible results.
