This TMB X-tra with red indicator combines all the important qualities of TMB X-tra eliminating possible mistakes during pipetting.Further the red colour may be useful in automatic analyzers giving the warning “Reagent low” when it is time for filling up the substrate. The red indicator disappears after addition of the stopping solution and will neither affect the sensitivity nor the stability of the substrate.

The pNPP (p-NitroPhenyl Phosphate) liquid, ready-to-use substrate is a highly active and stable formulation utilized for measuring AP- (Alkaline Phosphatase) probe activity. The solution is a solvent free buffer solution containing stabilized pNPP using sodium azide as preservative. In kinetic assays p-nitrophenol appears yellow and is measured at 405 /650 nm. If stopped reactions are preferred, add equal amounts of 1 .0 M sodium hydroxide solution and read the absorbance at 405 /650 nm.

The TMB Blotting are ready-to-use substrates containing 3,3´, 5, 5´ tetramethylbenzidine and hydrogen peroxide. These substrates are intended for use in blotting procedures with peroxidase labelled antibodies. The positive reaction gives a stable blue colour, and the products give a good sensitivity and a low background staining. Stability life time is 2 ½ years at 4°C.

The TMB Blotting PLUS are ready-to-use substrates containing 3,3´, 5, 5´ tetramethylbenzidine and hydrogen peroxide. These substrates are intended for use in blotting procedures with peroxidase labelled antibodies. The positive reaction gives a stable blue colour, and the products give a good sensitivity and a low background staining. Stability life time is 2 ½ years at 4°C.

This new type of TMB with a red indicator combines all the important qualities of TMB ONE, eliminating possible mistakes during pipetting. Further the red colour may be useful in automatic analyzers giving the warning "Reagent low" when it is time for filling up the substrate. The red indicator disappears after addition of the stopping solutionand will neither affect the sensitivity nor the stability of the substrate. Stability life time is 4 years at 4°C from the production date. # Patent pending.

TMB (3,3´,5,5´- tetramethylbenzidine) is a substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Our mono-component, liquid TMB solutions combine TMB, substrate buffer and hydrogen peroxide for a safe, ready-to-use, one step, chromogen system. The products do not contain harmful solvents. Recommended for ELISA procedures, liquid TMB yields a soluble blue end product read at 655 nm. The TMB reaction may be stopped with 0.2 M H2SO4 resulting in a yellow color read at 450 nm. Stability life time is 4 years at 4°C from the production date.

The TMB PLUS has a higher activity level, resulting in a higher sensitivity and a reduced incubation time than found using the TMB ONE. TMB is a substrate for HRP. The mono-component, liquid TMB solution combines TMB, substrate buffer and hydrogen peroxide for a safe, ready-to-use, one step, chromogen system. The product does not contain harmful solvents. Recommended for ELISA procedures, liquid TMB yields a soluble blue end product read at 655 nm. The TMB reaction may be stopped with 0.2 M H2SO4 resulting in a yellow color read at 450 nm. TMB is a substrate for HRP. Our mono-component, liquid TMB solution combine TMB, substrate buffer and hydrogen peroxide for a safe, ready-to-use, one step, chromogen system. The products do not contain harmful solvents. The TMB X-tra is a unique TMB substrate with an excellent resistancy and the highest sensitivity.

TMB-D is a liquid substrate for use in colourimetric blotting assays based upon HRP labelled antibodies. The TMB-D Blotting is a distinctive blotting substrate with superior background characteristics. Stability life time is 2 ½ years at 4°C.
