Blade assemblies for mixing and rotor-stator generator probes for homogenization offer flexibility for blending, suspensions, dispersions, disintegrating, and emulsifications. Speed ranges of 500 to 20,000rpm allow for gentle mixing or higher speed homogenization type applications. A variety of Generator Probes and Aerosol-Safety Sealed Containers are available to be used with the Omni Mixer Homogenizer. The innovative Omni Prep Multi-Sample Homogenizer supports simultaneous homogenization of up to six samples in a single process in sample tubes ranging from 1.5 mL to 50 mL. The Omni Prep microprocessor control allows the user to program both time and speed for processing up to 10 minutes at variable speeds up to 30,000 rpm. The oscillating sample rack mimics manual homogenization by transitioning the generator probes through the entire tube volume to ensure complete homogenization. Eliminate Cross Contamination The Omni Prep is capable of utilizing 7 mm plastic Omni Tip generator probes. Omni Tips remove the tedious task of disassembly and cleaning of stainless steel generator probes.
