Quality is less when we compare other instruments to the Mindray bs-200 and the precision of the result is good. The laboratory scientist must look at all conditions such as control calibration and reagent quality. Water quality for calibrator and control is one of the factors for our result. Sometimes concentration of calibrators must be checked before sample analysis. The laboratory scientist should have experience training before using this machine. Again, the documentation of all requirements are necessary. practice makes perfect so many of the errors in lab is due to low experience of professionals. Miss use of reagents affects the result quality. i strongly recommend using Mindray BS-200 fully automated clinical chemistry analyzer for LFT, RFT, lipid panel and other tests such as lipase, amylase, LDH, and other.

It has good output. Make sure first for any comment to use the equipment appropriately. then we need to review the manual. So practical training of staff for better result is recommended. Sometimes untrained staff may lead to inappropriate conditions such as misuse of the software as well damage to the machine. after avoiding all confounding factors we can comment on the status of the machine. Sometimes negligence may lead to inappropriate mistakes. The value of using this machine is accuracy. The more we use the more we adapt the procedure. we will be experts after a long time of exposure. if we have 1-year experience with reading and skill training we will be perfect. The service for the product is very nice. I'm using this product for the last 6 months and it is the most common product in our country. When we buy the equipment, we were asking about the reagent consumption and the accuracy. I have seen this to be true. When I check the status of the MAGLUMI daily, it is very good. We do more tests with this machine and I run calibration as well as quality control. Without quality control, we are not sure to report the result. Customer or doctors says it's good because it reads high as well as very low results in all parameters, such as TSH,AMH.BETA HCG, FSH.T3 T4, PROLACTIN etc. Sometimes if I left it to do calibration, the software reminds me to do that and immediately act on the message.
