In this video Anthony Aglione from Pepsico Global R&D tells SelectScience about his work screening natural product libraries for sugar substitutes in the food and beverage industry. Anthony explains how, since its arrival, the new VIAFLO 384 from INTEGRA has become the workhorse of his laboratory. He also discusses some of the key benefits of the instrument including the GripTip technology, which improves confidence levels when transferring samples.
