Validation of a Multiple Compound Addition Assay for hERG Ion Channel on the IonWorks Barracuda System

This study evaluates the use of within-well, multiple compound addition method for hERG compound screening on the IonWorks Barracuda System. Results are compared with the previously validated, lower throughput cross-plate method, also on the IonWorks Barracuda System.
