Using the X-Ray TDI Camera to Analyze Printed Circuit Boards

In this poster, the X-ray TDI camera is used to analyze the back fillet of solder on printed circuit boards. The X-ray TDI camera can inspect the samples easily by high speed scan with narrow irradiate area and high sensitivity.
