Using eXtended Performance (XP) Columns to Modernize the USP Organic Impurities Analysis of Tioconazole
12 Mar 2013This application note describes an updated version of the current USP method for organic impurities analysis. Results demonstrate that the use of XP columns allows for faster analysis with reduced solvent usage, while remaining within the USP Chapter <621> guidelines.
