Use of DNA Ligation Kit, Mighty Mix for Cohesive- and Blunt- End Ligation

The DNA Ligation Kit Mighty Mix is a single solution, ready-to-use 2X ligation mix that enables high efficiency ligations, particularly for blunt-ended ligations. This DNA ligation kit can also be used for ligation into TA-vectors. The basic ligation reaction can be quickly performed, either for 5 minutes at 25°C or for 30 minutes at 16°C, with equal results for both circular and linear DNA ligations. The 2X Ligation Mix is compatible with small ligation reaction volumes (10 µL) when DNA is limiting and contains sufficient reagent for 75–150 ligation reactions.
