Use of Amplified DNA as a Substrate for Uniplex PCR
15 Jan 2011This application note demonstrates that uniplex PCR from the same mass of amplified DNA and genomic DNA perform identically. In addition, there is no need to purify the GenomiPhi product prior to PCR.
