Ultra-high-plex immunofluorescence analysis of the tumor-immune microenvironment with EpicIF on the CellScape platform

15 Jul 2026

Bruker presents research demonstrating ultra-high-plex immunofluorescence analysis of the tumor–immune microenvironment using the EPICIF™ and CellScape™ platforms. The workflow combines iterative staining and imaging to generate highly multiplexed spatial biology data, enabling profiling of up to 208 antibodies on a single tissue section.

The poster highlights applications in tumor microenvironment characterization, immune cell phenotyping, spatial proteomics, tissue segmentation, and large-scale cohort analysis. Results suggest the platform can support high-resolution spatial mapping of cellular populations and biomarker expression while enabling efficient screening of complex tissue samples.
