This application note describes the use of peptide microarrays from JPT Peptide Technologies to characterize antibody reactivity in healthy human plasma towards an antigen of the Epstein-Barr virus using Tecan array technology (HS Pro hybridization stations and PowerScanner™). It explains how detailed mapping of humoral immune response can be performed, and presents some of the conclusions drawn from the study.
