Separation of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin (rhEPO) using the European Pharmacopoeia Method on the PA 800 plus
23 Jul 2012In this poster, application of the method as described by the European Pharmacopoeia for the analysis of isoform distribution in rhEPO using the PA 800 plus Pharmaceutical Analysis System is illustrated. Sample preparation, instrument setup and data analysis is described. This method can be used to achieve high resolution, reproducible separations of rhuEPO using the EuPh method.
