Quantifying macrophage activation and proliferation
18 Oct 2022In this application note, Phasefocus presents a study where the macrophage cell line RAW 264.7 was successfully activated using the proinflammatory mediators LPS and IFNγ. Proliferation and cell and population morphology were investigated through Livecyte's label-free QPI mode and in-built Analyse Software.
