Performance of the sbeadex Blood DNA Purification Kit and its compatibility with anticoagulant preservatives
8 Jun 2026This application note evaluates the performance of the sbeadex™ Blood DNA Purification Kit for extracting high-quality DNA from whole blood samples stored with common anticoagulants. Results demonstrate comparable DNA yield and purity to a leading competitor, with consistent performance across EDTA, heparin, and citrate samples. The purified DNA was shown to be suitable for downstream applications, including qPCR and enzymatic analysis, supporting reliable and high-throughput workflows for molecular biology research.
