Measuring Moisture in Cookies: Product Consistency and Process Control
21 May 2017This application note illustrates the accurate determination of moisture content (%MC) in cookies and their raw materials (e.g. flour and sugar). The use of fast METTLER TOLEDO halogen moisture analyzers is demonstrated. The %MC results are then compared to those of the reference drying oven method.
