Magnetic Bead Based Soil DNA Isolation Using the epMotion® and ClearMag™ Technology

This Application Note describes the automation of DNA isolation using the PowerMag Soil DNA Isolation Kit on the epMotion® 5075 TMX. The method can be used for difficult samples high in PCR inhibitors, including soil, turbid water, biofilms, and human gut samples.
