Lower Cost, Higher Throughput Library Preparation with the Echo® Liquid Handler and the NuGEN Ovation Single Cell RNA-Seq System
3 Apr 2017This proof of concept study provides validation of Ovation Single Cell RNA-Seq System miniaturization, by examining libraries, enabling broader application of transcriptome analysis with next-generation sequencing (NGS). Echo liquid handlers were utilized, due to their accuracy and precision. The combination of the Echo liquid handlers and NuGen Ovation Single Cell RNA-Seq System increased library preparation throughput whilst reducing costs.
