12 Jun 2017In this application note, the proven concept of the FoodScreener platform is extended in order to establish an NMR-based screening method for honey samples covering aspects related to authenticity, quality control and quantification. By combining targeted (quantification) and non-targeted (statistics for classification and verification) approaches, it is possible to address even more previously unsolved questions.
