HisTrap™ FF Crude for Faster Purification of Histidine-Tagged Proteins
12 Jan 2011This application note shows that the HisTrap FF crude does not need centrifugation or filtration of the samples. Histidine-tagged proteins from different sources with different Mr and expression levels can also be easily purified.
