Gaining insights into the mechanisms of immune cell killing of tumor cells

In this application note, Sartorius describe how the iQue3 highthroughput flow cytometer and the IncuCyte^® Live-Cell Analysis System can be used within the same workflow to deliver complementary data from a single assay plate. Coupling these platforms with their reagents, namely T Cell Activation Cell and Cytokine Kit and the Immune Cell Killing application, provides deeper insight than previously reported.
