Fast Kinetics Enzyme Assay: High-Throughput Screening of Prolyl Isomerase Inhibitors

Researchers at Tohoku University have established a High-Throughput Screening method for Prolyl Isomerase Inhibitors using a Real-Time Fluorescence Monitoring System. This application note shows the method they have developed using the Hamamatsu FDSS7000.
