Tecan’s HydroSpeed plate washer offers advanced features for a range of applications including washing of cell-based assays and ELISAs, magnetic bead separation and filter washing via vacuum filtration. This application note describes the outcome of an evaluation study of the HydroSpeed plate washer, using Cell Protection wash settings for extra gentle washing of adherent and weakly adherent cells in 96- and 384-well plate formats.
