Extended protein stability demonstrated using the HEMAcollect™ PROTEIN BCT with the Illumina™ Protein Prep 9.5k assay

This scientific poster presents an evaluation of the HEMAcollect™ PROTEIN Blood Collection Tube using the Illumina™ Protein Prep (IPP) 9.5k proteomic assay, demonstrating broad protein stability for up to 7 days at room temperature. Results demonstrate seamless workflow compatibility and proteome‑wide preservation, with ~99% of all measured protein targets remaining stable. Disease‑relevant biomarker panels, including cytokine, oncology and neurological markers, also maintained >95% stability. The findings highlight the tube’s ability to support flexible sample handling and high‑quality proteomic data across modern analytical platforms.
