Double Western Blot with Qdot Secondary Antibodies Imaged on a Carestream Gel Logic 2200 PRO

This application note shows that Qdot secondary antibody conjugates can be easily detected on the GL 2200 PRO Imaging System. Simultaneous Western blot analysis is also possible when using 2 spectrally distinct fluorochromes.
