This application note outlines carbon/nitrogen determination utilizing LECO’s TruMac® CN for quick, simultaneous analysis. This instrument employs a horizontal ceramic combustion system using pure oxygen with a maximum temperature of 1450°C to ensure complete oxidation of macro samples.
