Comparison of Three Commonly Used Chemiluminescent Substrates

This application note shows that for most Western blot experiments imaged using a high sensitivity CCD camera system, the Pierce SuperSignal West Dura chemiluminescent substrate is recommended for both its high sensitivity and longer duration of signal.
