Comparison of MSD and IntelliCyt’s QBeads PlexScreen for Screening Secreted Proteins
7 Aug 2014This application note describes the comparison of QBeads™ and Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) for screening secreted proteins. Dose responses of two compounds that inhibit the release of TNF by PBMCs were performed. Secreted TNF was measured using MSD plates and QBeads™ and analyzed on an iQue. IntelliCyt® QBeads™ yield results that are comparable to MSD and QBeads™ minimize both reagent costs and time to results.
