Comparison of Count Reproducibility, Accuracy, and Time to Results between a Hemocytometer and the TC10 Automated Cell Counter

In this application note, the precision of cell counts obtained with a hemocytometer is compared to those obtained by automated cell counting with the Bio-Rad TC10™ automated cell counter. Automated cell counting can significantly reduce user and concentration dependent count variance, while greatly reducing the time needed to perform counts.
