Automated Washing of ELISpot Assays Using Tecan’s HydroFlex™ Microplate Washer
9 Oct 2014The enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot (ELISpot) assay is a very sensitive immunoassay, allowing detection of secreted cytokines at the single cell level. This application note presents three different examples of the ELISpot assay, using an automated washing procedure with the Tecan HydroFlex microplate washer.
