Assessing neutralizing antibodies in AAV-mediated gene therapy
12 May 2024Adeno-associated viral (AAV) vectors are a promising method for delivering genes in vivo, but pre-existing neutralizing antibodies (NAb) to AAV proteins present a significant challenge. A thorough understanding of immunogenicity is necessary for effective gene therapies.
