ADP Quest™ HS Kinetic Assay with Mithras LB 940
30 Sept 2010This application note demonstrates the ability of the ADP Quest HS assay for measuring kinase kinetic activity in continuous mode. Linear increase in signal is observed over the course of 30 minutes and the linear rate was plotted against enzyme concentration to determine assay dynamic range.
