A GloMax® Multi Microplate Fluorometer Method for CellTiter-Glo® Luminescent Cell Viability Assay
2 Oct 2014The method described in this application note uses the GloMax® Multi Microplate Luminometer to successfully measure various sample signal intensities on the same plate using the CellTiter-Glo® Reagent to assess cell viability. The GloMax® Multi Microplate Luminometer detects as little as 1.5x10-15 moles ATP using CellTiter-Glo® Substrate.
