Euroimmun offers an extensive portfolio of ELISAs and ChLIAs for detection of antibodies against infectious agents. Examples include SARS-CoV-2, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella zoster, parvovirus B19, Epstein-Barr, TBE, dengue, chikungunya, Zika, Mayaro, West Nile and Crimean-Congo fever viruses, Bordetella pertussis, Borrelia, Chlamydia, Leishmania, Plasmodium, Trypanosoma and many more. All assays are fully automatable.

Euroimmun offers a comprehensive range of assays for in vitro analysis of specific IgE (sIgE). EUROLINE profiles provide multiplex detection of sIgE against up to 54 allergens targeted to specific indications or regions. Chemiluminescence immunoassays (ChLIA) on the benchtop IDS-iSYS system provide quantitative detection of sIgE against individual parameters, which are selected according to the patient’s requirements.

The EUROBlotOne is a compact tabletop device for fully automated processing of Euroimmun immunoblots for autoimmune, infection and allergy diagnostics. The device performs the identification and dilution of samples, as well as all incubation and washing steps. The incubated strips are dried and photographed and then evaluated using EUROLineScan software. This can be connected bidirectionally to the LIS or EUROLabOffice 4.0.
