The same trusted silica-based sorbents in Bond Elut cartridge products are now available in the streamlined Bond Elut 96-well plates. Bond Elut 96 components are specially formulated to offer superior cleanliness, flow reproducibility, and reliability.

Bond Elut PRS is a strong cation-exchange sorbent that is also relatively high in polarity. With no appreciable degree of hydrophobicity, in nonpolar solvents, PRS is capable of polar and hydrogen bonding interactions. Due to the very low pKa of PRS, it is recommended for weaker cationic species, such as pyridinium compounds.

Agilent offers a comprehensive selection of ferrules made of different materials and configurations for a a leak-free connection between the column and injector. Graphite-Vespel ferrules can withstand temperatures as high as 350 °C.

Our Mycoplasma Plus PCR Primer Set detects infection by all forms of Mycoplasma with a robust single-band PCR product (triplet for Acholeplasma). This kit also includes controls to verify PCR amplification and Mycoplasma genomic DNA. The primer design permits higher annealing temperatures, reducing spurious bands from PCR contaminants.
