Initially, I was using more expensive plasmid prep kits from other manufacturers and someone introduced me to a much more cost-effective zippy kit. I was a bit apprehensive about its yield and quality but decided to give it a try. And you know the results were quite amazing and even better than any other kit I ever used before.
