Plate Freezing Shells

Plate Freezing Shells provide a durable, reusable solution for cryogenic and cold-chain applications using Aramus™ bag assemblies. Constructed with a stainless-steel frame, these shells protect down to -80°C (-112°F) and are compatible with most plate freezing infrastructure. The conductive properties of stainless steel enable fast, consistent freezing and thawing, reducing cryo-concentration and maintaining product quality while increasing throughput. Designed for flexibility, the tubing area accommodates up to 12" of tubing with most aseptic connectors and supports partial fills from 50% to 100%. Enlarged handles ensure ergonomic handling with cryogenic gloves, and comprehensive qualification demonstrates up to three reuse cycles for cost efficiency and reliability.
